The services offered through the website are provided to users of the online store "as is." 4. REGISTRATION / MEMBER ACCOUNT

5. PURCHASE WITHOUT REGISTRATION / GUEST PURCHASE

This website also allows purchases through the "guest purchase" function. This method of purchase requires only the information necessary to process your order. Once the purchase process is complete, you will be given the option to register as a member or to continue as a non-registered member.

6. PRODUCTS AND IMAGES DURING USE OF THE WEBSITE

The online store eshop.anu-fos.gr bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between the actual appearance of a product (such as its color) and how it appears online, due to the settings or malfunction of the customer's personal computer.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product orders are subject to availability. In this respect, in the event of supply difficulties or exhaustion of stock, we reserve the right to inform you of similar products of equal or higher quality and value, which you may order instead. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund in full any amount you may have paid.

8. ORDER REJECTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website.

Although we make every possible effort to fulfill all orders submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise under which we may need to decline to fulfill an order even after having already sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our absolute discretion.

We bear no liability to you or to any third party for withdrawing any products from this website, or for removing or editing any material or content of the website, or for refusing to process or accept an order after having sent you the Order Confirmation.

9. DELIVERY

Subject to the provisions of clause 7 above regarding product availability, and subject to the possible occurrence of exceptional circumstances, we will make every possible effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Shipping Confirmation, or, if no delivery date has been specified, within the estimated time period shown when you select your payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation.

However, delays may occur in cases such as customization of products to customer requirements, depending on the delivery area, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we fail to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option either to continue with the purchase with a new delivery date set by us, or to cancel the order with a full refund. Please note, however, that we do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred, or the order shall be deemed delivered, when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products, as evidenced by the signing of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

10. FAILURE TO DELIVER

If it becomes impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave your package. We will also leave a note explaining where your order can be found and what you need to do to collect it. If you are not at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange redelivery on another day.

If, after 10 days from the time your order becomes available for delivery, it has still not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract, and the Contract shall be deemed terminated. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund any payment received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by us), as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date the Contract is terminated. Please note, however, that shipping costs arising from the termination of the Contract may be higher, and we are entitled to charge you accordingly.

11. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

Responsibility for the products passes to you from the moment you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products.

Ownership of the products passes to you either upon our full receipt of all amounts owed in relation to the products, including shipping costs, or upon their delivery (as defined in clause 9 above), if this occurs after receipt of payment.

12. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of each product will be that specified on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the corrected price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider your order canceled and will refund in full any amount you have paid.

We are under no obligation to supply any product at the incorrect, lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation), where the price error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing.

Prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs. Prices may change at any time; however, subject to the above, any such changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.

13. PAYMENT METHODS – PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment by credit or debit card.

During the ordering process, you are automatically transferred to a secure, encrypted 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) environment provided by VIVA Bank. The use of the SSL protocol ensures that all information transmitted between the user and the winbank paycenter server is encrypted and cannot be intercepted. Card details are never stored anywhere and cannot be reused. We accept payments via credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. All card payments are processed through VIVA Bank's "e-Commerce" electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.

During payment by credit or debit card, you may be asked to enter the online purchase security code from your issuing bank.

For better control and transaction security, if the cardholder being charged is different from the recipient of the order, we recommend that you enter the corresponding details and contact information of the cardholder in the "Billing Details" field. You will then be able to proceed with your order by entering the desired name and address of the recipient in the "Shipping Details" field.

In an effort to prevent illegal use of credit cards and other payment options, we use every possible means to confirm the absence of fraud in each order. In any case, however, we cannot guarantee that we can prevent the illegal use of such information by unauthorized third parties.

Your credit or debit card details are never made known to eshop.anu-fos.gr under any circumstances.

2. Bank account deposit

After placing your order, you are automatically transferred to your bank's web banking environment. You log in and simply confirm the transfer of the amount. You are automatically returned to eshop.anu-fos.gr to complete your order.

14. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If the products you received do not match your confirmed order, you must notify us within three days by phone or by email at tel. +30 2164007767, e-mail: info@anu-fos.gr, stating your order number. After coordination, the products should be sent back to us, accompanied by proof of purchase. The cost of the return is covered by the company. You simply need to fill out the "Return Form" and call us so the courier company can collect the products. We will then cover the cost of shipping the correct order on the next business day following receipt of the incorrect one at our premises, provided the corresponding products are available at the time of processing.

14.1. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are transacting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract (excluding cases involving any of the products listed in clause 14.2 below, where the right of withdrawal does not apply) within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products, or, in the case of an order with multiple products, 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may inform "LBF MON. IKE," referred to in clause 2, either by calling +30 2164007767, or by sending an email to: info@anu-fos.gr, or by writing through our contact form, expressly stating your decision to withdraw from this Contract (e.g., an email).

To withdraw within the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Upon receipt of the return, the product will undergo the necessary quality inspection so that the refund process to the customer can be approved. LBF MON. IKE undertakes to refund the value of the product (not including shipping costs, if any), once approved and following the quality inspection, within 5 calendar days, and to notify the customer via an informational email.

We will always refund you using the same method as the original payment. Your right to withdraw from the Contract applies only to products returned in the same condition in which you received them, and after you have notified us accordingly.

14.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You may not withdraw from the Contract when its subject is any of the following products:

Products customized to the customer's needs, which have been personalized and manufactured according to specifications set by the customer.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract applies only to products returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. Products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged. No refund will be given if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has been damaged. The consumer has the right to try on the purchased product but must not remove the tag accompanying it. Otherwise, the product will be considered not to be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Therefore, you must take proper care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, any other document accompanying the products, and their other accessories (dust bags, hangers, cases, etc.). In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery.

Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, such as swimwear, underwear, or sealed perfumes, and which have been unsealed after delivery. Following withdrawal, the corresponding products must be returned as follows:

Returns via courier company

You may return the product(s) via a courier company of your choice. The shipping costs for returning the product(s) to our premises during the refund process are borne by the customer.

After carefully examining the returned product, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund.

You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the products to us, as described above. Please keep your return tracking information, as it is the only proof of shipment, and without it we will not be able to provide you with any assistance.

If the returned products are not accepted, you will be notified. In this case, you may choose to have the products sent back to you, at no cost to the store. If you refuse this shipment, the store has the right to retain the products and the amount paid for their purchase.

14.3. Returns of defective products

If you believe that the product you ordered does not conform, at the time of delivery, to the terms of the Contract, or that it has a material defect, you should contact us immediately via our online contact form, describing the product and its defect in detail, or by calling us at +30 2164007767, and we will provide you with instructions for further action.

You may return the product by handing it over to our partner courier company. You must return the product together with the receipt you received upon delivery of the product.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund of the product (if applicable). Products showing damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. Repair, refund, or replacement of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirm by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement/repair of the defective product.

If it is determined that you are entitled to a refund, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. Your refund will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Your statutory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

15. VIRUSES, PIRACY, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC CRIMES

You are not permitted to misuse this website by knowingly transmitting viruses, trojan horses, computer worms, or other malicious software or material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website and its server, or to any other server, computer, or database connected to our website. You undertake not to attack the website through a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.

Breach of this obligation may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law. Any such breach will be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities, with whom we will cooperate to disclose the identity of the offender. Similarly, in the event of such a breach, your right to use this website will be immediately terminated.

We bear no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by a denial of service attack, viruses, or other malicious software or technologically harmful material that may affect your computer, its components, its data, or any other material as a result of your use of this website, or of downloading any material contained on it, or on any other site linked to it.

16. FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event").

A Force Majeure Event means any act, event, failure to perform, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, and includes, in particular (but is not limited to), the following:

• Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action.
• Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster.
• Inability to use railways, ships, aircraft, motor vehicles, or other public or private means of transport.
• Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
• Acts, decrees, laws, regulations, or government restrictions.
• Any strike, failure, or accident affecting shipping and postal services or other means of transport.

Performance of our obligations under any Contract is deemed suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for a period equal to the duration of that period. We will make every reasonable effort to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution enabling us to perform our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

17. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time.

At the time you order products from us or use this website, you are subject to the policies and Terms in force at that time, unless any modification to these policies, our Terms, or the Privacy Policy is required by law or a government authority, in which case any such changes will also apply to orders you had placed prior to the changes.
